Shipping policy

When placing and order you will get a notification via, text or email (optional) with your shipping information. Please note that upon receiving an order processing can take anywhere from 1-3 business days shipping make take anywhere from 2-10 business days (Monday - Friday). Please also note that shipping time may vary or be extended during the holidays. Due to COVID-19 shipping times may also vary. After your order has left our facility and has been shipped we will not be held responsible for your item being lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged. Please also be aware at checkout when inputting your address and other information as we will not be held responsible for shipping to the "wrong address" that was inputted by the customer during check out. If you are looking for your confirmation email for your order be sure to search all emails folders including junk mail.
